GLOW mentors are trained, screened and supported to ensure the best experience not only for the girls but for the mentors too!
GLOW Mentor Qualifications

Must believe in the GLOW Mission

Commit to 6-12 months of Mentor assignment

Commit to meet with Mentees at least once a week (4 hours a month)

Must complete the online application

Attend a 2-hour Training

Must pass a criminal background check

Must be 21 years or older
